Before you get started, take a moment to review this information to ensure you're fully prepared. Then when you're ready too apply, click on our easy-to-use application!

Kindergarten applicants must be at least 5 years old by August 31st and should demonstrate overall readiness for school.

For students entering 1st through 5th grade, a copy of the most recent report card and standardized test scores are required.

If the student has an IEP or 504 plan, please provide copies of the diagnosis and plan so we can assess whether we have the resources to support your child’s learning needs.

After applying, we will contact you to schedule admissions testing, an on-campus visit, and a family interview.

Decision letters will be mailed within one week of testing.

KCCA is committed to ensuring a healthy and safe environment for all students and staff. Therefore, the school requires that students comply with NC state vaccination regulations. KCCA will determine whether to allow medical exemptions on a case-by-case basis after review by a medical professional. This policy is subject to administrative review on an annual basis.
